Minimum Orders & Sourcing

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for bulk shipments?

Since we operate strictly as a commercial B2B supplier and registered exporter, our default MOQ is **one Full Container Load (FCL)**. For dry products like turmeric fingers, white kachur, and pulses, this is approximately **18 to 20 Metric Tons** inside a 20ft container. For cold-chain fresh potatoes, the MOQ is one 40ft reefer container (approx. **26 to 28 Metric Tons**).

Can I request free cargo samples for lab testing?

Yes. We offer free product samples (approx. 500g to 1kg of spices or grains) to verified commercial procurement teams and industrial processors for quality analysis. While the product sample itself is free, the buyer is required to cover international air courier logistics (DHL or FedEx).

Shipping & Port Logistics

Which Indian loading ports do you route containers through?

We route shipments through loading ports closest to the cultivation origins to reduce internal transport times: (1) **Kolkata Port (CPT) and Haldia Port (HDC)** in West Bengal for fresh potatoes, pulses, and Bihar fox nuts. (2) **Mundra Port** in Gujarat for dry red chillies, mustard seeds, and turmeric finger shipments.

What Incoterms options do you support?

We execute trade contracts strictly under international chamber guidelines, supporting **Free On Board (FOB)** load-port configurations, **Cost & Freight (CFR)**, and **Cost, Insurance & Freight (CIF)** discharge-port delivery setups.

Payments & Trade Finance

What are your standard B2B payment terms?

We accept two secure payment mechanisms: (1) **Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)**: 30% to 50% advance deposit to initiate farm-gate sourcing, grading, and packing, with the remaining balance paid against scanned copies of the original Bill of Lading (B/L). (2) **Letter of Credit (L/C)**: 100% Irrevocable, Confirmed L/C at sight, issued by a prime international bank.

How are currency fluctuations handled in quotes?

Agricultural commodities are subject to spot mandi price movements and exchange rate changes. Official commercial invoices are quoted in USD or INR. Written quotations remain valid for 48 to 72 hours and are locked only upon contract execution.

Quality Control & Auditing

How do you guarantee quality consistency across shipments?

We monitor crops right from contract farming coordinates. All outgoing shipments undergo machine-based optical sorting, moisture monitoring (locked below 10-11% for whole spices to prevent mold), and are inspected by Govt. of India quarantine desks to secure a **Phytosanitary Certificate**.

Is third-party cargo inspection (SGS) allowed?

Yes. Buyers are encouraged to nominate international inspection companies like **SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek** to witness container loading, verify package counts, seal numbers, and run chemical analysis (curcumin percentages, pesticide limits) at the load port.
