Our Five-Stage Quality Check
Sortex Cleaning & Optical Sorting
Raw products are double-sifted using gravity separators and optical laser machines to completely eliminate immature seeds, weed residues, stones, and dust particles.
Mechanical Size Grading
Potatoes and Phool Makhana are passed through calibrated sizing screens to guarantee consistent dimensional grading (e.g., 6.5+ Sut for Makhana or 55mm+ for Lady Rosetta Potatoes) matching the buyer's purchase order.
Pesticide & Heavy Metal Screening
Random sample testing is executed at NABL accredited labs. We certify compliance with European Union (EU) MRL levels and US FDA regulations.
Moisture & Dormancy Control
For potato shipments, we utilize customized temperature holding rooms before loading into pre-cooled Reefers (+4°C to +6°C) to maintain complete dormancy. Grains and seeds are dried below 11% moisture to prevent mold.
Container Loading & Port Transit
Containers are inspected for structural integrity and silica gels are suspended to absorb relative humidity. We supervise loading at ports in Mundra, Kandla, and Nhava Sheva.
Mandatory Shipping Documentation
Clear documentation is critical in avoiding port delays. MLD Agrotech's custom house agents (CHA) prepare and submit complete paperwork matching local import protocols in the destination country.
Phytosanitary Certificate
Issued by Ministry of Agriculture, India, certifying crop hygiene and quarantine clearance.
Certificate of Origin (COO)
Legal proof of Indian origin, issued by Chamber of Commerce.
Bill of Lading (B/L)
Ocean carriage document issued by top container lines.
Commercial Invoice & Packing List
Detailed breakdown of weight, cargo dimensions, and payment reference.
SGS Weight & Quality Certificate
Third-party independent analysis report (provided on request).
